Great brand of tea, and excellent fast service.
I buy this brand of tea frequently and often, either through Amazon or in London when I am there. Also they have a great afternoon tea in their central London store. Very flavorful and never disappoints.

Delicious tea
Love this tea. Was fortunate to be able to visit their store in London. This is delicious tea. Try the variety box to determine which is your favorite. I love the royal blend and afternoon blend. Would recommend.

Quality control nonexistent
Forum and Mason tea is very good tea. However I gave one star and wish I could give none. The box of tea came crushed. I can not give this as a gift. Also the description said the box would be sealed in cellophane which it was not. So now not only do I question its freshness I also wonder if it has been tampered with. I also cannot return it so there is $40 going in the garbage. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with these low standards and I have no recourse to get this resolved.
