I did not pay sufficient attention that this is a children's book - i was look for an adult book about the history of elevators. My grandson likes it.

Great read aloud

My son loves elevators so it was informative.

Enjoyed reading this with my grandson. He enjoys biographies and elevators, so it was right up his alley.

Purchased to boost nonfiction library in 3rd grade classroom. Little-known inventor comes to life in story.
