Who would really pay 20k for a portable speaker? I was very sceptical about the value it would bring, after all it is constrained by its size above all else. The moment it started to play music, the price was justified, heck, maybe it’s a bargain. It’s a single dynamic driver and a pretty big one at that. Great mid bass, responsive from 40hz all the way till 12k. The app adds a lot of value in tuning the signature. Just buy it.

The B&O Beosound A1 has amazing sound for its small size clear, rich, and powerful. The design is stylish and premium, and the battery lasts long. It’s one of the best compact speakers. Love it!

I am an audiophile and the owner of top shelf hifi equipment. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound of this speaker. By a mile the best bluetooth speaker I have ever bought, and I have owned quite a few. Can't really comment about the battery life but I normal charge it before it runs out - so it is long.

Speaker molto ben fatto dal suono cristallino, acquistato in offerta con il prime day, vale il prezzo pagato, la qualità costruttiva è eccezionale, pur essendo di dimensioni ridotte, tenendolo in mano si percepisce la qualità! Il suono è molto ben definito ma non aspettatevi grande potenza, stiamo parlando di uno speaker di 12 cm di diametro! Io l'ho acquistato principalmente per portarmelo dietro viste le dimensioni e la qualità, in questo caso è semplicemete perfetto, ma se pensate di usarlo in casa ci sono tante altre alternative anche meno costose. il fatto che abbia Alexa integrato è un valore aggiunto. la batteria, al contrario di quanto lamentato da altri utenti, ho riscontrato che dura tanto, a volume moderato supera le 18 ore dichiarate dal costruttore.

Okay this speaker is so good I have 5 of them. Bought them on 5 different occassion lol. Sound quality is top notch. Very clear without sounding to sharp or harsh, so I can listen to it for hours without getting headache. The bass is precise and punchy on the right spot. This is the kind of bass that is not cheap, instead it aims for the precision which I like a lot! Buildy quality is completely solid. The body construction is made of metal and rubber for the base so it does not slide around. I do not use any carrying or protective case on it and 4 years down owning it on the first speaker and it is still performing like the moment I took it out of the box. Final note here, I recently just bought the A1 3rd generation and even on the newer version, the clarity of the sound is still unmatched. A1 2nd generation beats the 3rd generation hands down. Get this speaker before they run out of it and you will not dissapointed.
