I highly recommend this pillow because it helps me sleep. I have to keep my foot elevated and this does the trick above the heartline. Be mindful it takes 48 hours for this to be totally restored to its advertised height as it is wrapped tightly in plastic. It is very comfortable. My cats even taken a liking to it. I really enjoy the pain relief and it lulls me to sleep. Side note: When I'm no using it my cats sleep on this remarkable pillow. I suggest when not in use to put a small non-slip throw rug on top of it to protect it from cat fur. Take off when in use. Bottom line: I LOVE this soft, comfortable heavenly pillow.

Sturdy, reliable and comfortable. I spent a week in the hospital after abdominal surgery. I couldn't sleep at all while in the hospital. Picked this up and have been sleeping the whole night through after using it at home ever since. I have 2 main positions I use it for. The key is the fact that it provides ample support in any position you configure it into. It doesn't slide, move, or come apart. It pretty much does what it is supposed to. I would buy another and do recommend it to everyone.

This arrives very compressed and does not appear to be able to expand to the advertised specs in the 48 hour instructions but it does and seems to hold its shape once fully expanded. It is a helpful product, supports my legs well and I am very tall person so appreciate this wedge although I do not sleep with it under blanets; I use it for support on my recliner so some of the other negative reviews about the cover pilling etc does not seem to apply for my style of use.

I have sciatica which is inflamed while sleeping flat on my back or on my sides. I also end up with lower back pain when sleeping flat on my back. I am a plus-size woman so sometimes comfort is very difficult to come by. I have used this pillow for many nights now and it has saved my back. I am normally a side sleeper so this took some getting used to with staying on my back to sleep. It does elevate the legs enough to be just above my chest level so it is quite a few inches high. I am 5'7" and the pillow gets place right at the bottom of my butt and ends at my ankles...so most of my feet hang off of it but it keeps my feet cool and I don't seem to notice and issue with it. I can FINALLY, after 4 years, get some solid, comfy sleep without pain.

I’ve been having serious back issues and my therapist advised me to get this because it’s a sort of traction for your back to rest a relax. Sounds strange but it works for me! Perfect size and seems sturdy. I did not use until after the 48 hrs it recommended to fully expand. Hope this helps

I purchased this 3 weeks ago to assist following Achilles surgery. The goal was to ensure that my feet would be higher than my heart as advised by the doctor. Although this product is advertised to be 8 inches deep, it has never expanded to that and is 7 inches tall maximum. When the leg is placed on the pillow the compression is one inch. So the end result is that this pillow gives a maximum elevation of 6 inches. Compression is to be expected, but it would be good and truthful if the pillow was advertised accurately as 7 inches tall rather than 8 inches which it does not attain. Apart from that, the pillow is comfortable and has a good quality cover.

I got this for my wife following her total knee replacement surgery. We first saw wedges of this design at her physical therapy sessions. We had tried a simple wedge, but this was not comfortable for her knee. This, on the other hand has provided her with much relief. It arrived as scheduled, vacuum packed but quickly expanding to become usable in a couple of hours. There was no odor to the cushion. As to its construction, it is fundamentally quite sturdy. The support materials provide a great balance between firm support and softness for the legs to rest on. The cloth cover is also pleasant to the touch. It is made to last, and I anticipate sharing it with others in the future who may undergo this surgery. Does it take all the pain away? Well, no, but neither does the opiate... It greatly has improved her situation, and I highly recommend it.
