I'm on a special medically-supervised diet; I have to eat the food provided by the company, and it's somewhat bland. I'm fond of Thai food, as long as it isn't too spicy-hot. So I wasn't sure about this stuff, but it sounded good. I figured I could add it to my special diet food, and it would give me a greatly-desired Thai food experience without going off my diet.It's wonderful. It's exactly what I was looking for.Now, if you're into hot food, expect to add hotness from another source, since this spice won't do it. It has just a little zing. But the flavor is complex, interesting, and classically Thai. Now I just need to figure out how to make a proper curry from it, for my husband who isn't on my diet...

Used to experiment with Thai curry wings ( wanted a dry rub instead of a paste) . Tasty and came out great. Was quite expensive online ( I a guessing 2-3x more, but I knew that when I bought it. Just didn't feel like running around to find it locally.

I expected tumeric, mustard, cumin...and got green bell peppers, jalapeño powder and cilantro. It's awful! And worst of all, the FIRST ingredient is cane sugar! Blenditup will get no more money from me.

By far my favorite Thai seasoning. I use it on lots of different veggies, chicken and more.
