Good value and utilitarian
A litle low, but that can be an advantage for under the counter. All the wheels are free to steer where they want. It can make the caddy a little difficult to push on a hill.

Missing a latch!
Missing one of the two latches. Packaging was good and missing latch wasn't in the box.
