I will say the taste is ok but it is a little cloying (I got the pineapple). If you are new to this product, I would strongly advise two things: 1. Make sure you have a little food in your stomach 2. Take half a dose at a time. The first time I took it, I really did not have much food to eat AND I took the full dose without really reading the description! It upset my stomach and it took a few hours to get back to normal. The next day, I ate a small snack and had a full dose ... it was better but my stomach was a little upset for a while. Third day, I ate a small snack and took half a dose and all was well. I took the second half of the dose with another snack later. Fourth day, I took a full dose after eating a full meal and that was ok too. Keep in mind that everyone reacts differently. I typically have a strong stomach but I found these things above helped. Hope it helps you too ... we shall see in a few months how my levels are!

We needed to supplement our son's calcium after his bone density scan came back low. It was very important to me that we find a high quality and clean supplement for him. We decided on this product and push it nightly through his g-tube. We haven't had a follow-up scan yet, but he is tolerating it well and I feel good about the quality and potency of this. I'm grateful to have this available through Amazon.

I love this supplement. However, I've noticed recently how most of the supplement gets stuck at the bottom of the container?!? And there's no way to get it dislodged even if you shake it. I want to make sure I'm getting the minerals in it and I'm not sure I am.

This is a review of the second time I purchased this item. Loved it so much the first time that I bought it again. One problem, after two or three weeks, the second bottle I purchased began to completely solidify even though I shook thoroughly every day. I had to take some every day per my midwife’s instruction. The remainder of my bottle feels heavy and full but it’s completely solid. I can’t return it because it didn’t completely solidify until right after the return window. I’m bummed because this is actually a really good product…

The first bottle of Cal-Mag-Zinc that was purchased worked fine. It was 100% liquid, and I shook it every day to keep the material consistent. I don't remember where we got it: it may have been directly from the maker, not Amazon. It stayed liquid. But I found it on Amazon when my first bottle ran out so decided to buy it there. The second and the third bottles, however, both bought recently (Dec 2023-Jan 2024) from Amazon, had 1/2 to 2/3 of the liquid in solid form. Solidified at the bottom of the bottle. It was very thick heavy sludge, almost solid, and all our attempts to mix it up failed. In the second bottle about 1/3 of the material was non-liquid sludge. I threw it out and got a third. In the third bottle Amazon sent over half of it was solidified sludge and the liquid part on the surface was very thin: it wasn't well-mixed. I don't know who is at fault for this, but given the expense of this supplement, I think I'm going to have to find another product to provide these valuable trace minerals. I would be praising this product highly if my second and third purchases (each costing around $40) hadn't been frighteningly solid. You see that sort of solidification in extremely old liquids sometimes. It means something's bad. Sometimes that can mean it's been sitting (or rather, cooking) in a stifling hot warehouse for days (my local Amazon warehouse is in a very hot climate, so it is easy to suspect this might be the case) and. sometimes it is the maker, not the storage method. I know it is not supposed to be like this because the first bottle we bought did not do this. It's a useful product so I'm going to try one more time to get another--but this time I can't trust Amazon. I'm going directly to the manufacturer: Trace Minerals. I wondering if the warehouse storage is to blame. (The Amazon warehouse I get my orders from is in a hot climate.)
