My wife told me about this stuff-and swears by it. So in the body there is a candida bacteria that makes people like ME crave sugar. Yuck right? Well I started taking this stuff and my cravings for sweets just absolutely went out the window. I started losing weight because I just had no desire for things that were bad for me. I thought it was placebo affect...but then I ran out. Oh man I started up the sweets again and sure enough I am back to square one. SO it does work and it works well. I think if I were to keep this up long term it would probably help drop the weight and kill off the bacteria that makes me want to go NOM NOM NOM at all hours for the candy and stuff. I've been a long time candida sufferer and I feel like I have used everything under the sun at this point and very few products have actually worked- but Candex has done the job like no other! I have a pretty severe case of candida following treatment for another illness I had which required multiple rounds of antibiotics and prednisone, which completely destroyed my gut microbiome. I've been using Candex for about two weeks and it is really knocking out this candida. My only caution is to start SLOW- I could only tolerate one capsule a day for the first week then I worked my way up to two capsules a day, now I'm doing two capsules twice a day. Slow and steady wins the race! I'm taking this with some Grape Fruit seed extract, monolaurin and a good probiotic to repopulate the gut. I finally feel like I'm on my way to healing and living a normal life again!
