At first I was happy with this product, however I now find that there are some unknown round tablets mixed in with the green coffee capsules. I find this most disconcerting if not dangerous.More attention must be given to quality control.

Okay so I said I would re update with a real review after rigorous testing. I have to say for me personally these are amazing I was a bit hesitant at first because of all the products out there that claim to do the same thing but don't! But these do exactly what they said they would. I have begun eating half of what I was eating before calories wise I went from 4500 to 2000 because of the apatite suppression from these. Now most importantly I have always struggled with sleep but these pills have helped me sort that I now sleep 8 hours a night instead of 4 witch in turn is helping me improve my health. Now for the main reason I recommend these Now bare in mind your results may vary but for me they assist me in working out like a machine I am progressing so fast thanks to these. example I was working out 30 mins a day 3 days a week now it is a hour and 30 mins with weights and hight intensity cardio 4 days a week. REMEMBER YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY TO MINE okay that's my review I will be a constant user of these going forward as the pros above and no cons as of yet hope this helps.

They are big pills not easy to swallow. I can definitely see and feel a difference in weight loss since taking these pills, I don't tend to each as much as well, only been taking for 2 weeks so I hope to write a further update

These are way too strong for us.I'm not going to knock stars off, as described as high strength.If u are extremely active, physically, like on the go all day, these maybe for u.If ur just on a Computer sitting around all day, just go for a much lower strength every 4 hours!!And I honestly think u should drink lots of water (2 glasses) or A healthy balanced Meal.And if u had the recent shots, don't take them.

So I've been on a diet for 12 weeks. I've tried green tea, apple cider vinegar, ginseng, collagen, 5htp, chronium, caralluma and guarna. I've recently added green coffee and milk thistle (as I've heard fatty liver can halt weight loss). Since adding these 2 things have definitely speeded up. I think of all the products aimed at weight loss its probably the most effective I've tried or I seem to be losing more steadily. I maybe wouldn't bother with the others I quoted just buy green coffee and milk thistle, possibly chronium as this is a new addition too.
