Low quality and it will loose its seasoning coat very fast. Then, your food will become black, full of this lodge black. DON'T BUY Lodge online, since it may be not a genuine, maybe another duplicated product.

Very disappointing! I’ve been using this brand for 20 years. When I first received the pan, I noticed it was much lighter than what I’m used to. I thought, “Oh well, maybe that’s shrinkflation.” However, I didn’t expect it to start rusting after just a few days! I’ve taken care of it the same way I care for all my cast iron pans; with the utmost attention. I hope this one was just defective. I’ll try buying another and see if it holds up bette

Sturdy, healthy and easy to maintain, if have used cast iron b4.

This is exactly what I wanted. Two handles. Not too heavy. I will use this for everything-roasting, saute, baking, any and all cooking applications. I have a larger Lodge skillet which is excellent but too heavy to lift in/out of oven so I like it better for larger meals/stovetop use. I have an induction range which I love and cast iron works great for this range type or any range type, not too mention cast iron is 100% my preferred cookware for everything, especially roasting.
