Heavy and pushed easily into the soil

I used these to secure a tarp to the ground to place an Intex brand pool on top of it. The tarp stays perfectly in place with these puppies! Even with the high 79 mph winds that we've had with storms this past month, they have not budged from the ground once. Would be best to tap with a rubber mallet into the ground, but I was able to just step them into the ground with ease with my tennis shoe, so very easy to place into the ground (your ground surface allowing). One of them did bend a bit as they aren't thick, but that was a user error on my part since a rock was under ground where I placed it. It was easy enough to just pull it up, straighten it back out and re-insert into another place. Overall, happy with this purchase, especially with how inexpensive these were. Will purchase again if needed!

These work great for anchoring the larger drip tubing. I like them much better than the plastic stake type the big box store sells. I also use them to hold down chicken wire flat over spots I filled and seeded in the lawn - keeps the dog from digging.

I wasn’t too convinced when I first seen it how thin they were, but they actually work very well. We have very rocky soil and they push in pretty good without too much bending.
