I would have given 4-5 stars, but I only received one ink pad in the pack when I paid extra for two ink pads. I really didn't want to return the product and have to wait for another one, since I wanted to get my newborn babies foot prints and hand prints as soon as possible. The product itself is a lot easier to use for a new born than a regular ink pad, but I wish there was more card stock in the package.

This product need better instructions. I wasn't sure if the film needed to be peeled off at first but it doesn't. The ink is so light and a creamy texture that the footprint was very light and smeared.

I bought three of these. None worked!!! I tried and tried and tried and they smear every single time. Not a good product at all! I would NOT recommend this .. back to the drawing board to find someway to preserve my baby’s prints

Great in theory but a total mess to execute. Bought for our baby book to get our son’s hands and it just turns out as either one giant blob or so uneven you can’t even tell what’s happening. Executed four times and even on the back of the cards and the ink was just a disaster. Not worth the $5

I do not recommend this product for use with a baby. For this price, you get one shot at a print. they give you two index cards, but what is the point because once you put your baby's foot on the pad, there is no way to recover and smooth out the ink in a way that allows you to make a second print. We did an initial print, but there was way too much ink transferred. We couldn't see any of the lines at all and you can just see a blobby outline of the foot. No details whatsoever. Attempts to do a second print were futile. There's just not enough ink. We ended up buying a baby-safe ink pad that would allow us to make prints. This product is not worth the money at all and should not be gifted.

I was really looking forward to using these to create some keepsakes for baby’s grandparents but unfortunately the execution is not as good as the idea. The first print I made with each ink pad transferred way too much ink so the image was just a dark blob with no details in the print. Subsequent prints were better BUT only in the area where the ink pad had been used previously. Any bit of the impression that overlapped an area that hadn’t been printed on before was a far darker blob again and looked awful against the subtler more detailed area. If it were possible to make one print with a hand or foot then do a second one in exactly the same spot it would work fine, but it’s impossible to line it up perfectly with a baby. It’s a really clever idea, it just doesn’t really work, at least with infants. A watersoluble ink pad with baby wipes on hand for quick cleanup is better. It might work better with a dog’s paw since it’s a super simple shape, but this was a disappointment. Thankfully not an expensive one at least.

This package arrived with a tear in the ink and when I went to use it the “ink” part lifted up while releasing from making the print. Therefore, the print did not turn out and the ink was not viable for a second use. This was a waste of money. :(

I’m on my third attempt to try to use this. I’ve received two pads that were already dried out. The one I tried was too small for hands and smeared.

Pratico adatto ai neonati semplice da usare e per il prezzo ne vale la pena! Da provare lo consiglio! Però si riesce a fare solo due impronte non di più!

So easy to use! The only tricky part is keeping your baby’s hand or foot still. I would definitely recommend having someone help to get the best results but overall was really happy with it!
