Honestly, after a while you have to ask yourself, Why am I taking this again?Because someone says this stuff matters is not sufficient reason to take it.We don't know if it makes a difference or not because when we stopped, we didn't feel any different.Eat better. Came in stale! Horrible smell! It smelled like smoked wood and the pills was a brownish gray color and not the bright green color that moringa usually have. Had to toss in the garbage.

I have felt more mentally alert since taking moringa and taking it in tablet form makes it easier to incorporate in my diet.
