French Toast Girls' Twill Safari Shirtdress

Very nice quality fabric and construction. My niece is off to Australia. Good fit. She's 8 years old, size 8 tops. This fit her perfectly. Color is good.

I absolutely LOVE this dress I got as a school uniform for my daughter. Soo stylish! I could also see using this dress as a safari dress up dress too. Went perfect with my babys new palomino Jordans. If you want your child to get compliments about their uniform, then this is the dress. My daughter turn 6 next month and this size 6/6x fit her as expected. She said she was comfortable all day in school. No complaints about dress from her. It does not stretch whatsoever. So make sure you buy the correct size. The tie belt in the waist is removable. It is not sewed on in any way. It is very easy to tie too. Just tie a cute simple knot and there you have it. Material is of GREAT quality like any other French toast school uniform or accessories I have bought over the years. I’m definitely about to buy this dress style in Navy next.

This is a nice little dress! The fabric is on the thicker side so even though it’s been purchased for a summer photo shoot, I expect that she’ll be able to wear this in early fall for back to school (if they go?) She is 8, but y’all for her age so I opted for size 12. This size fits just right.The only complaint she has was that the arms are tight while raising her arms. But this doesn’t seem like a dress made for play. After all, that’s not what I bought it for.No loose buttons or stitches. It’s tie belted also, which is cute.

My daughter needed a safari looking dress for her school play. She chose this one herself after searching 'girl's safari dress' in Amazon search bar. I was hesitant based on other reviews but told her we would try it. The dress is perfect! Substantial fabric, not wrinkled at all (as some other reviews said) and sizing ran true.... if not a little small. She wears a size 7/8 in most brands but can usually fit a 6. We ordered an 8 and it was perfect. 6 would have been too small, for sure.

I bought this dress to use as the ‘base’ of a safari dress for my daughter to wear to Animal Kingdom. I ordered her typical size and it fit PERFECTLY! I added a few decorative touches to the dress to make it a little more like a safari style dress and it was an absolute HIT with every character that we met… especially with Minnie & Mickey!The dress was well made and was a nice thick quality fabric without being too thick or stiff. Note… It does not have any stretch to it at all but that was not a problem for us. You can see in the photos that the stitching was neat and well done.This dress laundered great as well! I washed it in cold water, tossed it in the dryer for about 10 minutes to get the wrinkles out, and then laid it flat to finish drying. By doing it that way, it did not need ironing. ItGreat purchase! I am very pleased and so was my daughter!
