Could have been a great purchase…
Bios did not came installed. This is crucial because after setting up my bios a recovery error showed and said the operating system needs repaired. I am very disappointed in this purchase. My PC did not have any air sealed bag to protect my motherboard and graphics card so damaged could easily have happened when shipping.

Well it was nice for 3 days
My daughter has wanted a gaming computer for 7 years i finally broke down and.....For 3 days she was elated, then....It died the guess is the power supply was faulty. Talked to tech support, we can either send the computer back at our cost ($95) or pay for the part and then send back the old one to get reimbursed. Again with spending more money. After talking with our local build store we decided to just have them do it. We bought a 750w supply and added 1tb ssd for less then all this shipping back and forth. Besides drive time it took 20 minutes and shes happy again...The tower looks really nice. Im feeling like in another 6 month ill have built the computer i should have from the start.I really would have felt better about this company if tech support had sent the part free and a return label to return the faulty part. It still would have cost us to install since we're not computer builders, but would have been a better response for a 3 day old computer that failed.Lesson learned buy local for computers. Im sure shipping them isnt the best option.

Fast and quiet computer and actually in stock.
I originally had a Dell XPS 8940 ordered through Dell Online. After a month of waiting and it still not entering production, I decided to look elsewhere. This iBUYPOWER system was similar in specs and price as the XPS I tried to order. I was a little leery steering away from Dell, however the fact that it was sold by and shipped from Amazon made me decide to buy it. It's been a pleasant surprise. It's a well built desktop without being an anchor. It's fast, quiet, and packed well for shipping. The tower case has rolled edges so nothing to cut up your hands. I was able to add an additional 6TB 3.5" HDD of my own without trouble.I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one in the future. My system as purchased:iBUYPOWER Pro Gaming PC Computer Desktop Trace 4Asrock Z590-C/acIntel i7-11700KF 3.6GHznVidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB16GB RAM1TB M2 SSD

Decent build marred by no documentation, poor cpu fan and power supply
This is my 4th IBUYPOWER PC. I haven't had an issue yet and have been pleased with the build. I have confidence in the brand, unlike some of the other competitors - I am talking about you cyberpower.PROS:This is a decent gaming pc and is a significant performance upgrade from my I7 (lga1151) PC. The desktop case is actually quite roomy and can handle 2 ssds and 2 HDD without any issue (4 sata ports). There are 2 USB3 ports on the top of the case - very nice for external HDs. The 3 front case fans provide decent air flow although I would have preferred a better CPU fan that the Intel stock fan. My motherboard is an ASRock and has quite a few overclocking features.CONS:- Terrible documentation: no docs on the desktop case and components- Windows 11 product key misinformation - had to search online to figure out where it is. It is not in BIOS!- Crappy CPU fan. Do not try overclocking unless you replace it.- Terrible power supply - some off brand that some users have already had failIf you have the knowledge to replace the power supply and the CPU fan, this will be a decent gaming computer. You will be doing this in the dark as there is no documentation.

Pretty Great for a Pre-Built
I was a bit nervous because some of the reviews were saying that theirs came with errors etc., but mine didn't have any issues. I opened the case to remove the padding inside and to check cable connections, I didn't have to plug anything back in. When I held my breath and booted it up, it ran Windows - until I went to Settings and it said it couldn't activate my copy of windows because the product key wasn't valid. I hit Troubleshoot and it immediately fixed itself. Phew! The tower was a bit larger than I had hoped and had to move some stuff around to make room, but I made it work and wasn't a huge issue. I now realize they listed the dimensions further down in Other Technical Details, so that's on me.Other than those two non-issues, so far so good! I installed windows updates and Geforce Experience and then updated the GPU drivers, installed an anti-virus and VPN right away. The wi-fi connection worked as soon as it was turned on and the signal is strong. RGBFusion came installed with a shortcut on the desktop so I can control the fan lights on the tower.Disclaimer that I'm not a gamer and I didn't buy this computer as a gaming rig; I'm a creative professional who chooses Windows over iOS, works with multiple heavy duty graphic and motion design software concurrently and needs the specs of a gaming computer that can handle all of that. And so far, it's doing that quite beautifully!

2nd time with problems out of the box
Purchased a 2nd iBuyPower machine with good ratings but was disappointed again when the machine would power on but it would not post and it would not connect to a monitor. Followed the troubleshooting procedures, no glory. Call to tech support and was hung up on... not wasting any more time on this. Very disappointed, being returned. Also found that there was no Wifi included and part of the description for this purchase was to include a wifi adapter (not just wifi ready).

A beautiful piece of hardware...
For the past few years, I've always built my own rig... mostly because I needed some custom stuff done to it. Well, this time I decided to go with a custom PC builder and let them deal with the hassle. I'm SOOO glad I did because this system is great!
