Couldn't be happier with this faucet and it starts with the packaging. Not only do you receive EVERYTHING you need to install it (except the flexible pipe to connect it to my ancient under sink drain), it is laid out and packaged so beautifully and securely in the box that it was like opening a luxurious gift. Though the brushed color doesn't exactly match the brass on my shower doors, it still offers a high-end complement to them. The swivel, faucet height and feel are all ideal. My only critique so far? That the sink overflow ring didn't come in gold as well. Otherwise, such a wonderful surprise over the much higher-priced and low style options at my local big box stores. Paired this with the Midway cabinet completing an affordably luxurious bathroom upgrade.

after having our faucet installed in March 2022, the pop up drain on one sink is broken as of July 1st, the other is not working properly. Can I get these replaced? I am unable to find someone to contact to get these items either repurchased or replaced. Other than that, we love the faucets!

I can't comment on longevity, but we are very happy with our purchase!These look great, work great, and while installation of any faucet is a little bit of a pain, these were far easier than others I've installed. All the accessories fit and work well. No drips, even without plumber's tape. Everything feels solid, and moves fluidly. The brushed metal even feels great to the touch.(My only minor complaint is that I've never installed the drain part before and it isn't covered in the instructions (presumably because every situation might be different.) That part seems a little trickier so I'm saving it for another inspiration to strike on another day. I believe I have to pry out the old drain and putty, and replace the first piece of drain pipe. So, no, I haven't tested this part. I may just buy matching inserts and leave the original in place. But none of this is the product's fault - other than maybe addressing it in the instructions.)As long as they hold up over time, I can recommend them very highly. If you're just wondering if the quality is good enough to buy, think no more - buy them!Hope this helps!

I bought 4 Faucet for my two bathroom. It start leaking just shy of 2 years. Biggest issue is you cant have part of it or no warranty. The black Proprietary connector between two know start leaking. its connect just via push pin ( see attached picture). as it proprietary you cant buy in any local hardware store or replace with standard connector. No luck on connecting to vendor for warranty or part.Its just shame i have replace all 4 as one on each vanity start leaking to match faucet on vanity so replace all. Didn't have any issue with Delta or meon ( my old faucet in other bathroom 14+ years ).
