Diabetes Pen
I am yet to use the new pen .The moment I got the pen the old damaged pen got repaired easily which is now being used.A good brand though.Hope the new one also will work like my old pen.

Waste of product and money
I ordered 2. But, Cartridge doesn’t fit in it.Also, put a no return policy.2 insulin pen of no use.

Refill cartridge doesn't fit in. This was informed alongwith the photo in the complaint and it was informed that the refund will be issued within 3 to 5 days. I want the refund to be issued without any further delay.
