I tried Ajinomoto in a quick stir fry and the sauce suddenly tasted fuller and richer. A pinch in soup and scrambled eggs did the same without changing the recipe. The fine crystals dissolve fast so it is easy to control. Pros: Pure MSG with clean, consistent taste Dissolves quickly in hot or cold dishes Adds deep savory flavor to soups, stir fries, and marinades A little goes a long way so it is good value Cons: Easy to over season if you do not measure 100 g pack runs out quickly for heavy use Conclusion: A dependable pantry booster that lifts flavor with just a pinch. Four stars for fast, flexible umami as long as you use a light hand.

You had to purchase multiples packs to be delivered. And I only wanted 1 but I did order. When opening the box one pack was open and MSG was everywhere. Straight in the garbage it went but luckily I had multiple packs. Seems decent.

Not good to body , slowly spoil the taste buds in the tongue, affects the digestive system and Brain .. Drop it and spread the awareness . Some countries prohibited it , I wish I see it strictly banned in all civilised and aware countries .
