This purchase was a nightmare. Difficult to assemble. Top came damaged. Sides missing Velcro ties. Ties easily fell off. Collects rainwater by forming wells in top.

We opened canopy to set up and the corner of the canopy was broken the set screw in the top was stripped at manufacturers fortunately we were able to use a zip tie to temporarily hold canopy openI am currently working with vendor for refund

The worse product and the worse seller on Amazon. I have never commented about a seller before. This one deserves a mention! They will steal your money. Amazon needs to remove them.

Garbage! The leg collapsed as soon as I got it put up. I can't even close it to see if I can return it. Absolute waste of money!

It looks like someone tried to screw a screw in and got it crooked and broke the plastic end for one of the corners. I tried to find replacement parts to see if it could be salvaged and cant find any of those. I am disappointed that it is broken and I am going to try to find a way to use it no matter what. Please read this if you are the manufacturer and send out replacement parts

I dislike the Velcro for attaching to the poles. The need re- enforcement, I've had my canopy up less than a month and the wind has torn them off.

Finally put up my gazebo and I love it. Easy and sturdy and cute. Price was great compared to others. Thank you!
