As good as Arches
As good as Arches. And this means a lot. As Arches has been unsurpassed, at least for me. Until now. Maybe even a tiny bit better?Hard to say.

Liked the price. But not for a serious watercolor.

Just awful
Awful paper- you cannot layer at all- paint lifts. Paint smears and I use Holbein paint. Waste of money!

Cold Pressed With No Texture
It performs well with watercolor pigments and blends skin tone pretty well. It's supposed to be cold pressed but has virtually no texture (I expect cold press to have at least a little texture}. and I could not erase the pencil marks from the under drawing. This will make good practice and study paper but I wont be putting any commissioned painting on it. You get what you pay for.
