Amazone Warehouse is evil.
I bought a Dell Latitude 3520 laptop.- Condition: Used - Like New- Item will come in original packaging.- Screen Size - 15.6 Inches 1920 x 1080 (FHD).- Hard Drive - 256 GB SSD.- Backlit keyboard with additional number pad.Amazon sold and shipped me another laptop - Dell Latitude 3420 684TGG3.It has a smaller screen size - 14 Inches 1366 x 768 (HD), the keyboard is completely different. There is no backlighting of the keys. There is no additional number pad. Hard Drive - 500 GB HDD.Amazone Warehouse is evil.

Have not really used it but much nicer than my old Acer.

Incorrect hardware
This laptop was very slow and sluggish. Also, not a ssd it has a normal spinning disc hard-drive in it. Processor was slow for 900 bucks, it really was not worth it. Returned, and now i am biting the bullet and buying my first Mac because i don't trust these sellers on Amazon to deliver the correct product.

The spec isn't what is listed, has a spinning platter HD, not SSD. Returning for refund

Amazingly bad
I've been using this laptop as a work laptop and the experience is just horrible. For the specs, this laptop has no excuse being this bad. There is a 50% chance that it will refuse to shut down (just hang in the windows shutdown screen forever), and you will have to force it off.The most annoying thing is however, if you are listening to music over bluetooth headphones, the entire laptop will freeze for seconds at a time randomly. It will case keystrokes to repeat and you mouse to stutter, making it impossible to code, email, or anything that requires any kind of human interface. This is just a truly bad laptop. All drivers are installed and updated, windows is updated, I have tried everything to get to the bottom of this issue.I had to disconnect my bluetooth headphones just to be able to type this review.
