Q: Will the outer layer fall off ?

Not sure what you mean by “outer layer” but I have used these pots on a daily basis for several months and I don’t have any issues. Instead, I highly recommend them because they are easy to clean, even cooking, and lightweight.

the nonstick material is made of "HF" coating which are free from PFOA and toxic chemicals.
