Easy to use. Worked as expected. definitely worth the money. And it’s very durable.

Not much to say about this other than it works exactly as described. If you've never used a tool like this before, getting the hang of getting the pieces aligned/loaded might take you a short bit, but really and truly only a short bit. Once you understand how to use it, aligning/loading new pieces is a breeze. It also had no problem punching through the material for the cover that goes over the springs for my kids' trampoline. The cover is a quick-install version, and that is a huge time-saver and I will buy another one like that when this one wears out. It's still going mostly solid after two years, with the only problem being the velcro started to give where you attach the two halves. So, I bought this and some ball bungee ties to cinch the pieces back together. Minutes of work, and it was back in business. The grommets are durable, and you don't have to be Hercules to use the tool. Bottom line: It's a good tool and fairly priced.

I bought this grommet tool for a project and it worked perfectly. Large theater curtains! Great value, and a great tool! Very easy to use.

This tool takes a bit of practice to use well, but professional-quality grommets are possible. Good: The press (crimper)? works well, and has magnets to help keep the grommet pieces in place. The resulting grommets look great - if you control your pressure. Bad: The grip is a bit too good - it’s easy to over-crimp and bend your grommets. Not a dealbreaker, but it takes some practice. Additionally, the punch seemed sharp but was difficult to use on my nylon straps and I had to resort to using a press to drive the punch through my fabric.

Great product. Worked very well without a hitch. Ample grommets of three sizes, about 100 of each. Only had a little trouble with folded 5+ thickness of extra heavy tarp. Would buy again in a heartbeat. Sure beats hand punching and driving them in with a hammer.

I really dig the 3 sizes that come with this set. PLENTY of grommets for all kinds of projects. The different heads swap out super fast and easy. The punch is very heavy duty and the grip is easy to use and clamp down. The hole punches are super heavy duty steel and seem like they can take a beating to make holes before setting the grommets. I like the case too....I am able to put all the grommets, punches, and extra parts in the case and throw it in a drawer in the garage for easy access. Overall, A++++++++

This is a great tool! I have been adding shade cloth to my raised garden beds. Adding grommets where I want them is totally awesome! The only thing to know is that you can only put the grommet at max a couple of inches in from an edge. You kind of need to bunch the material up in the jaws of the tool to reach more than an inch in. I haven't found that to be much of a limitation, though. The tool cuts the shade cloth cleanly for most of the hole. It is a simple matter to trim off the remaining material. Also, the instructions don't really show how to put the bottom half of the grommet into the tool (i.e., which way up). Watching the video showed how to do it correctly. Others have noted that the bottom grommet halves tend to be stuck together. This is true. However, they mostly pull apart easily. If you can't get them apart, a box knife works wonders! The magnets hold the pieces of the grommet in place. They aren't super strong so the bottom half of the grommet can tend to pop out and fall on the ground. (Make sure it's in place before squeezing!) The only issue with the tool is that it takes a lot of hand strength to squeeze the jaws shut to join the two halves of the grommet.

Het gereedschap zelf is degelijk. Goede kwaliteit. Om goed aan te knijpen moet je de handvatten echter helemaal tegen elkaar aan knijpen. Ook dat is prima. Maar ik wil graag met rvs werken en je kan nergens vinden van welk materiaal de meegeleverde ogen zijn. Om die reden nieuwe 10mm rvs ogen gekocht en deze passen niet. Deze toolkit is dus alleen maar voor hun eigen materiaal. Net een fractie van een millimeter groter. Heel vervelend.

This is an excellent product that does the job very well. The crimper is particularly heavy duty, which enables the eyelets to be fixed very securely.
