It’s doing what it’s supposed to

Perfect kit to mount an auxiliary fan on my mini jeep. Easy to use.

The kit was easy to use and held my transmission cooler securely I used the rubber pads that came with it so I wouldn't have no rubbing. I put the ends on to hold it secure and cut the stem off that I didn't need. So far so good

I bought an electric cooling fan and they didn't send me any mounting hardware so I found these to finish the job. Worked perfect

2 of these broke when tigherning them by hand. I saw a set on ebay that was half the price. I chose to go with this set on Amazon because I thoguth the quality would be a little better. For the price, it should have been much stronger.

Make sure that you carefully inspect everything before starting to install. Actually, the contents should be better inspected by the manufacturer before packaging these. It was only after installing the first three straps with no issue at all, did I run into a big problem with the last locking tab. It will not lock at all due to a defect with one of the three locking tabs on it. Plastic lock completely missing and appears to be an issue during the molding process, see pic. If a new lock had been sent to me, there would be no issue at all but the only possible solution was for me to cut off the three straps that were already installed and send everything back in order to get another new set which was not possible in my situation.

La bolsa en la que viene el kit de montaje no viene sellada y hacian falta 2 ruedas que aseguran el cinto . Afortunadamente ya tenia las del ventilador que reemplaze .
