Bad quality
What a bad product... just bend it and break the same day it comes.... horrible experience.

Got it for the crack sound.
When I purchased this I presumed that my back would crack a fair bit but sadly not.That being said, having it on the back of the chair does provide some odd relief in my back and I feel like my posture does improve.
