TYC 1140 Radiator Compatible with 1990-1997 Mazda Miata

I have a 92 na6 automatic miata and at least for autos it fits perfectly, I did have it put in by a shop but they had no issues replacing it and I just reused the original oem fans that came with my brown nasty radiator. However my miata is bone stock and I can say it runs perfectly and will for awhile because I baby it, if you have a turbo miata or etc pushing more hp maybe look for a higher end rad, but for stock? Perfect, but buy a cap or reuse your old one it doesn’t come with one, dayco makes some good oem replacement caps

Quick install for my leaking aluminum radiator. Was a direct drop in and fits well. No issues.

Fits perfect, just like OEM. Just fyi - does not come with radiator cap.My only gripe with this radiator is the drain plug that it comes with. The slot where you insert your screwdriver is just way too big, making it extremely prone to stripping. I immediately replaced it with one I purchased from my local auto parts store (Dorman 61137). My screwdriver bits fit much more snug, far less prone to stripping.Many reviewers have also stated they received a Koyo-branded radiator. The radiator I received has a TYC sticker on it and it shipped in a TYC box. It would’ve been cool to receive a Koyo, just because I like name brand stuff, but it’s not the end of the world and I would trust this TYC radiator to last just as long as a Koyo.

This is a fantastic product that is horribly advertised and would sell waaaay more if they actually said what it was.It is a Koyo rad in a Koyo box when it arrives, a great quality name brand!It is also 100% identical to the original radiator in my 1991 miata, the only difference is the added lines for auto tranny but they can be ignored completely and as they are a separate area, are not at risk of developing a leak.100% pleased with this rad, no instructions but it was soo easy I didn't need any at all
