Connectivity issues
Too many attempts to connect to my Wi-Fi at first. Worked for two days and from then onwards the app showed unresponsive status. The interactive on/ off button in the app works but not schedule or routine. Same thing with Alexa app too.

Very Useful!
This switch was easy to install and looks really nice. I have it in my workspace and it’s already helped to keep my workflow smooth, I can turn my lights on with my phone! No more setting aside all of my work so I can move without making a mess. This little helper is my new friend, I recommend this product!

Only works in first location.
Switch only works at the primary switch. Had to hot wire it in front of my router to program it before installation. Works OK.

JUNK and no support
DON'T BUY IT! Wires difficult to secure with the screws. App can't find the switch. No one answers phone and can't even leave a message for call back.

DO NOT BUY
First one of these I bought, one of the poles broke while installing. I returned and replaced with exact same items since that may have just been a manufacturing flaw.When I was installing the second one the switch had power and would connect to the wifi, but the WLAN connection would not appear.- I called "support" and it was a guy named Brian who it was apparently his personal cell phone. He told me to send an email so that he could forward to the "tech team"- After a few days of no response I called again and there was no answer. This was during the times the website said support was available.- It has been two weeks and have still not gotten a response.- DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Great product!
At first I was nervous when I opened the package to see I had to install a light switch but the instructions were super easy and it didn’t take long at all! It works with my Alexa and I love it so much I bought another one!!! Would def recommend!
