My feet feel secure with the med ones but it adds to the problem due to pressure. So I got the xl they are great to sleep in but not much for support. I wear a 9-10 depending on the shoe. And not a small person. LG will be my best purchase for eveyday use

Did not meet expectations that was made by reading the description. Didn't help my foot pain at all. Good quality toeless socks is the best thing that I can say.

Not AS effective as I had hoped. I think you should recommend that people buy a size smaller than what they think. Not as firm as I would have liked.
