The best part I liked about it is the quality and how clean it is without any dirt particles or extra stuff that needs to be thoroughly rinsed before cooking. This is my second time buying quinoa and my first time buying this brand. The packing was good( sturdy and airtight and convenient). I don't eat quinoa directly but add it to other batters eg. Idli. I soak it for about 8 hours and see several sprouted seeds. It makes the idlis very soft and extra nutritious. Will surely buy again at this discounted price. Edit- finished the pack. Taking away two stars because there were impurities/ adulterants. Won't buy this again.
