Great for immunity
I have this on subscription. I feel it helps keep lurgy away from me by having this maintenance dose daily. I take with my smoothie which makes them easier to swallow.

Easy to swallow and has no taste
I like how it is sealed with plastic all around the entire package. I usually take a large vitamin C tablet. I don't often see vitamin C capsules, but this one is very easy to swallow. Capsules should be suitable for a sensitive stomach and enable quick absorption.

Good high strength Vit C
These are my go to high strength Vitamin C I work away from home a lot and a I'm prone to picking up colds and sniffles. I take these daily and if I feel something coming on, upping the dose seems to work miracles at keeping it at bay. Easy to swallow size and good value for money.

Noticed my hair seems to be recovering not so many thin areas on my scalp
The only thing I don't like is the size of them, its just as well that they are coated, I have to drink milk with them to swallow, that is only a minor issue, over all I'm very happy with the results. Definitely helping my hair growth and strength.

They are enormous, next time I’ll get a smaller dose hoping that they will be a smaller tanlet
