Is a bit pricey, but overall is worth the investment. I can’t learn to use this easily and makes less work for cat box clean up - I highly recommend this.

From other reviews I’ve noticed people commenting on a few things, so here’s my take on those issues.Price - yup, definitely more expensive to run than traditional litterScent - smell freeeeeeeee, right until the last few poops. Then just as smelly as normal litter, but 95% of the time smell free and if I didn’t want the 5% I could change the tray earlierWalking on balls - yup, think tiny Lego, they’re annoying, but just as annoying as regular litterTimeline - my two guys are going through it faster than the ads claim, but I do not care!This litter is ridiculously easy to use, I never have to touch cat litter or wash the bottom, super clean and sooooooo much better for smell. I am obsessed with it and it’s worth the high price point for what I am getting.

First of all, this was super easy to set up (I didn't even have to look at the directions) and my cat took to it immediately! I put it together, walked out of the room, and when I came back she had already used it! I love that it keeps track of how many time she has used it so that I can be aware of her health and habits. There is no lingering odor (and she has some smelly poos)! This IS only two days in, but I have zero issues so far. I was even able to deleted my phone reminder to scoop the litter box. And, on top of all that, I will be saving money in the long run! I was using PrettyLitter, which was about $22/month ($264/year) and my cat would stop using her litter box about 3 weeks in (I was considering changing my delivery to every 3 weeks to prevent this $381/year). Even with the name brand replacement trays I'm looking at closer to $16/month ($192/year). So yes, the start up price is a bit high, but you will make your money back before you know it and reduce your stress.I will update my review should any of these things this change.

It's an expensive start up but it's worth it. It's incredibly easy setup and change. Our 16 yr old cat took to it within a day. We get about 2 weeks out of the crystals box, not the month advertised but, again, worth it (she tends to pee a lot in the same spot so that's a big factor in the 2 wks i think) We bought the 6 pack of boxes which worked out to about $15 a box. Looking at the difference with litter the smell is almost non existent (get close enough ans you may get a whiff), there is no dust, she tracks a couple little crystals but nothing like littee, and IT CLEANS ITSELF! No scooping is worth the cost. Plus, the amount of litter we were buying, scooping, changing, smelling etc ends up being more than the crystals. Our cat is asthmatic so even the low dust arm and hammer was still dusty and even buying in bulk at box stores I really do think it's not that much more for the crystals (after the startup of course).I read lots of reviews and think a lot depends on your cat, their habits, etc. But overall despite the very few shortcomings (2 wks vs a month, it has a decent size footprint) it is worth not scooping and smelling cat litter.
