It takes me back to France!
When I lived in France in the early 2000s my host shared the treat of chestnut spread in yogurt. I’ve ordered a few times but it’s always come in tins that spoil too quickly to eat. These tubes are perfect to enjoy over a week. I love that they are a good deal so I’ve been able to share the joy with my French students as well. Miam!

Misleading
The product itself and the taste is good. However, they sent us 3-PACK when it says on the title a 4-PACK, and it was sent clumsily so the box was all dented and damaged.

Its fine
The taste is quite sweet and nothing like chestnut. It doesn't taste bad, just not really like anything other than sweet. I would compare it to date paste. The packaging is really lovely and feels special enough to be a small gift for people who love sweet things.

Yummy, but it got diverted
I had good intentions. I was going to make some pastry thing or other, but I remembered just how good this stuff tastes. Suddenly, half a tube was gone because I squirted it on to plebeian vanilla wafers and eaten them all up.Don't care. It was delicious. I'll order more and practice a bit of self-restraint.

Great product and it was shipped quickly
2 of the tubes were punctured when I went through the bag later in the year which was disappointing as I had to throw half the order away
