This worked great. I have an issue with heart rate when I get hot. I could not play golf without this. Keeps my head cool, thus keeping my heart rate down.

Works as advertised and even performs as well as other brand name like items.I think some of the negative reviews are due to people not using it properly.It's not some magical cooling material.The cooling effect is from evaporation of moisture, this is why you need to ring it out and let it begin to air dry as you use it. This is when you will notice the most cooling properties of the towel. People that are just soaking it wet and wrapping it around the neck are ignorant to how this works.

So I have had Mission Cooling Towels for years & really rely on for daily walks in summer humidity. Use daily. Last year, one mysteriously vanished & decided to replace this year as I have my husband on walking schedule now also in evenings. This Ergodyne cooling towel is just about as good as the Mission towel I have. Bought a few brands at same time, & this is only one that came close to holding "wetness" as long as the Mission brand. If not still wet, no cooling action. And it is little longer than the Mission one I have left, which is great for breezy days so I can wrap around tank strap so it doesn't fly off. I highly recommend this Ergodyne towel, especially if you're a first timer with these. Can't go wrong.

We bought three of these towels and they were a life saver.We have been going to our grandsons baseball games and they have no cover from the sun. It gets very hot and we have had to carry umbrellas around and wear hats but that does not cool things down. These towels do. My wife and son and myself all wore one and all of us agreed they were great. The price was right and the product was comfortable to wear. They are easily maintained and stored after use. I am sorry we didn't get these sooner. The team ordered them for each player to help them get through the heat too. They refresh them in the dugouts in buckets of ice water which seems to work very well. I don't know why all the teams wouldn't use them. Maybe they do?? I'd give them a six star rating but they limited me.

It was not as cool as I thought it would be nor did it last very long.

It's been 111degrees outside and this cooling towel is great for outdoor workers. Thanks Amazon.

Love this material and size.

Get it wet, and it dries almost immediately. The problem is that the material cannot absorb enough water to cool for an extended period of time. Fine if you are walking to the mailbox and back. Not useful for much longer than that.
