Cute design, mistakes with FODMAP info
Really cute design - I love the soft feel of the journal and I love the daily tracker. Loads of space to write, stress tracker and ‘notes’ section to reflect on the day which I find really helpful when trying to pinpoint why I have pain.The only issue is the ‘guide to common fodmap foods’ - so many foods are repeated in both the ‘enjoy’ and ‘avoid’ section particularly in the fruit and veg sections. This is potentially dangerous for anyone who just uses this guide and doesn’t double check things themselves with further research!

Cute and caring holistic view into stomach pain symptoms
This cute and caring FODMAP journal practically allows me to cozy up to my stomach pain and bloating, and figure out what is going on in my body! The cover is joyful and summery, and the inside of the book helps me track all the many things - not just food - that matter. Water consumption, exercise, my period cycle, and how I'm taking care of myself (self-care). I thought a simple journal was okay but this is really much more holistic. Great find for anyone trying to sort thru IBS symptoms.
