It has a nice firm, supportive feel and is easy on my knees. It is thick and heavy and does not slide, but I can adjust its position easily. It does not keep dents in the surface even when I use equipment on it. It never has an odor. It is a nice large size (7' x 9') which is good for tall people. It comes with a nice towel. It is a good price and thickness compared to other mats.

I bought two large Sensu Exercise Mat's for my new garage gym, and love them! When I opened them up, I was excited to see an offer for a free foam roller set when feedback is provided. I have been using them for a few weeks now and cannot be happier and satisfied with them.I was super happy when I opened them and they did not have that nasty rubber smell, like some other rubber products can have.  When I first got them, I was worried that the mats wouldn't be thick enough for my cardio days, but I was wrong. The mats has the perfect amount of cushion to absorb the shock. I love how easy they are to wipe clean at the end of my workout. They also easy to roll up and keep nice in the bag it comes with. The mat is surprisingly comfortable to lay on for those ab workouts, yoga, or stretching. I also like that when the sweat starts to drip, my hands don't slide around when I have to do those dreaded mountain climbers, LOL!! I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend these mats to anyone who is looking.

I struggled with deciding on a large mat to buy, given the wide range of reviews ranging from "wish there were more stars to add" to "sorry that one star is the minimum possible rating"... The Sensu mat is supposed to be suitable for use with shoes - but I don't really want to use shoes, since it is so comfortable. As a workout mat, it does what is supposed to do - non- slip, cushioned surface with a base material that keeps the mat in place on a high gloss hardwood floor.

This is the best mat I have ever used. Firm, but comfortable. Not too thick or thin. Doesn’t slide on my hardwood floors. Holds up to me gripping and twisting my tennis shoes into it (doesn’t come apart like some other mats I’ve tried.)Totally worth every penny! 🩷

I purchased this mat to protect my wood floors when jumping rope. I was initially apprehensive about the price, but I'm now very happy I chose this mat. It is a thick, heavy-duty mat with a no-slip bottom surface that keeps it in place. The top surface seems very durable and easy to clean. The thickness gives extra cushioning while jumping rope. Also, my wife has begun using it for her yoga exercises and really likes it. Overall, I think this mat is a great quality and has many uses.

I wanted an exercise mat that was going to be larger and more durable than a regular exercise or yoga mat and the Sensu Large Exercise Mat is exactly what I was looking for. I like the cushioning layer with a tougher layer on top. This allows for comfort, floor protection, and resistance to damage when wearing shoes or using weights. The mat shipped with a quality micro fiber towel and a storage bag with a zipper and handles. I am very pleased with the quality and performance of the mat and I expect that it will last a long time. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product!

I originally was shopping for a "gym" mat. Cost was prohibitive, but I wanted something I could wear shoes on. This mat is perfect ! Thick enough to wear shoes, no bunching or wrinkling, very happy with my purchase. It provides stable footing for stretching and exercises.

Very happy with this mat! It's firm and supportive, but still has a bit of softness to help ease hard landings during HIIT classes. It fits well in my space, it doesn't move when I jump around, and it didn't smell like rubber or chemicals, which is a huge bonus!

Bought this mat to replace 2X2 interlocking foam mats. What a BIG difference! They were always separating and moving around. This one piece mat has put an end to all that. It is a perfect size to meet our needs in the gym. Shoe friendly was important to us and this mat does the trick. Good thickness and level of cushioning. Also very resilient, returning quickly to original form after being compressed by equipment used on it. Easy clean. Great appearance.

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks now! Before purchasing it I was between this one and two others. I thoroughly read all the reviews. This one has the best. And the one that sold me was the review about having a cat that scratches everything and it’s scratch resistant! I like how thick it is! And it doesn’t move!! Which is the best part! I have mine on click flooring and it hasn’t shifted at all! Also love that there is no smell to it! I plan on purchasing another one to make my area bigger!! This was worth the money!

I love the large exercise mat I ordered.It’s not too soft, not too hard and it’s perfect for my kettlebell workouts.I have also used it for same fairly intensive cardio workouts with lots of jumping and it handled them pretty well.I would highly recommend it

After previously spending on a 6' x 4' mat from another seller, I found that the other mat slipped on both sides. The bottom slipped on wooden floors, while on top my bare feet slid during exercise. I decided to spend more for a quality product, and something even larger sized, and I bought the Sensu Large Exercise Mat, which I can truly say it's an excellent product. No slippage here on either side, including on top - bare footed or in athletic shoes. Quite grippy. The thickness is enough to reduce the shock and the exercise noise. No smell is present. Yes, more expensive, but you have the satisfaction of money well spent. I am using it for Yoga, Pilates, bodyweight, weight, aerobic, training. Also, its large area allows me to train for tennis footwork and agility on it.
