Great solid knife, love the look, the weight and balance are spot on. A few areas on the metal, polishing was not complete and harden compound needed to be buffed out. The Sheath needs to be improved but will function as needed, the leather is quality and thick. Just needs to be more refined to match the style and exact shape of the knife. I would pay more for the same knife with improved sheath. 5 stars for the knife. 4 stars for me on the sheath. Someone else might appreciate the simplicity.

lets just get right down to it The pros: -comes sharp - real wood handle - great weight, (feels balanced and ergonomically fits in the hand) - metal feels good on it as well -Fantastic Value at this price point The cons: -some slight (machining?) defect on some of the metals, around where the 2 red bands are, - had to order 2 (USPS broke the first one, but amazon took care of the return and replacement) ((how???) -could come sharper, but i put a sharper edge on myself, not really a con - No color or handle options? Overall: this is a pretty sturdy knife, this will last the outdoorsman probably just as long as any buck or that sort of brand would, they are very comparative. they feel nice in your hand, this is a tool, not a toy, take care of it. it comes sharp so show the edge some respect, although, it wont exactly grab your finger easily. on the end of the metal there is some marring that seems to be from some type of machining or maybe from the polishing process, but doesn't affect the integrity of the blade at all. the wood is very nice and compliments the knife very well, i just wish we had a black or dark black type of color for the handle, and also looked on the website they have, and wish this in damscus. if you cant afford a buck or maybe that just isnt your niche, this would deffintaly be the way to go.

Right out of the box, the blade is spooky sharp. The fit and finsih is superb! This knife also has a very good balance and is good in the hand. Size is perfect not over the top and not too short. It is just beautifull! The only minor compaint is the sheath as it is abit flimsy and ugly. I, have ordered a sheath that compliments the knife from Etsy. I, will update after use for a few months.

The handle is a perfect fit for my hand, the finger wells work well and feel good. There were some high spots along the brass that seems to smooth out easily. I would recommend this blade, nice style and very sharp.

I feel that the light colored two tone sheath appears to “cheapen” the looks of the beautiful knife. Very impressed with the knife, not so much the sheath, plus I could not snap the sheath around the handle, too short. I did not want to damage the beautiful wooden handle. My opinion, darker single tone of sheath. I plan to remove the strap around the handle so as to not damage handle. Five stars+ for knife, one star for sheath.

Great quality solid knife, good for everyday carry or another piece to the collection.
