Half off great buy!
The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy water pressure is great, Great material easy to install. I bought an extender for it and it just works great. The arm is nice and sturdy. It does not fall or slide. The only complaint I have is the water pressure on the small arm.Isn't that good. But I already have another arm, so i'm okay with that.I want the pressure in the rain. It was half off and it was a great buy!

Skeptical at first but a stellar purchase overall!!
This shower head was well worth the purchase! At first I was skeptical because I typically don't trust reviews on Amazon given how many sellers now "bribe" customers for good reviews so it can be hard to judge. However, this shower head was quite easy to install, came with a variety of nice little additions like shower wall hanging adhesives, and it functions very well. I particularly enjoy that the rainfall head is very reflective so I can see my beard as I wash it and it doesn't fog up either acting sort of as a double purpose (mirror and shower head). The rainfall aspect can be overwhelming at first if you haven't used one before but you get accustomed to it and even if it feels like too much water falling on you, you can always use the handheld Sprayer on the bracket holder which has phenomenal pressure.I did encounter an issue with the adhesive backing for the shower Sprayer holder. It must have had a faulty adhesive because it kept falling off even though my twin who had purchased the same shower head never had adhesion issues. So I reached out to customer service and they were VERY helpful and polite. While they couldn't give me the replacement bracket, they did refund me $13 from the original purchase price and pointed me towards where I could order a replacement from a separate seller that sells an identical bracket. Sure enough, I got the new bracket and it adheres perfectly! Defects happen so I didn't hold it against them but I'm very pleased with how they handled the mess-up. Highly recommended given its price and functionality. Beats spending $200+ on an unnecessarily expensive rainfall shower head.

Good value for a mostly metal kit, especially for this price
This is essentially 4 products rolled into one: 3-way diverter, handheld shower head (including holder), rain shower head, and 5' extension hose. It also comes with an installation kit - extra washers, tape, and wrench, but the wrench is most likely not going be sufficient to remove the existing shower head. Yes, you can buy all of these separately, and you will have more customizability that way at most likely a higher cost. This is not the cheapest option, there are all-plastic kits out there, but I did want a product that would hold up well (this has some key parts being metal). I was happy enough with the options in this kit and didn't feel the need to buy them separately.Diverter appears to have some deposits on it but no rust or wear, all the other parts were clean.Installation is straightforward, you can use the manual or watch any tutorial on youtube. I applied the tape COUNTERclockwise as that seemed to have better sealing. Didn't bother using the included wrench since I had my own adjustable one.Water pressure was sufficient on the rain head and very good on the handheld. I imagine some people may want more pressure on the rain head but I personally don't see a need for it, since I get that sensation of being covered well by the water anyway.tl;dr:+ convenient kit+ easy install+ more metal than cheaper options+ sufficient water pressure even with the restrictors in+ key parts (diverter, extension arm, rain head) are metal- need some basic tools (wrench and groove joint pliers)- diverter had some signs of use- hose not long enough for all showers? not sure if the rain shower extension arm will hold up over time due to weight? didn't try the included wrench? handheld and extension hose are coated plastic (probably necessary to avoid ripping the holder off, and I didn't want a heavy handheld, so not a con for me)

Good quality item. Good design, good value. Looks and feels great ... but ...
Great product. I recommend ... but ...Here are some ... feedback:- How about an OFF position in the valve that switches from overhead to handpiece shower. There's a knob that switches the flow from the overhead showerhead to the hand shower head (Overhead/hand). It is designed to be a smooth transition and as you switch over, there is no stoppage of flow. Would be great if there WERE a position that stops all flow: Overhead/NONE/hand- USERS: If you have a large shower stall ... or perhaps a 2-person stall, DO get this. In fact, maybe get 2 of them. If, on the other hand, your shower stall is ... parsimoniously endowed with standing room, then continue to read.- USERS: Expect to use the handpiece mounted in it's integral cradle as your primary shower head. Soap up, then switch over to the main (square, overhead) head to rinse off quickly. This is very efficient.- USERS: Warm up the overhead (square) prior to getting in the shower. DO NOT switch to overhead for the first time when you are half-way through your shower. The substantial quantity of water in the neck of the overhead (square) head will be COLD. You will get a painful shock of cold water in the middle of your lovely warm shower. This may be great for interrogating prisoners, or quelling inconvenient sexual urges. But most people don't appreciate a 10-second shock of cold water in the middle of their nice warm shower on a cold winter day.- USERS: It's easy to assume that water falling gently all around you is a great way to bathe. And it IS a great way to rinse quickly. But it gets a little annoying when you are in the lather-up portion of your shower or if you just went to spend a minute or two daydreaming / brainstorming. The only brainstorming you'll be doing is wondering "Wtf did I think this was a good idea?"- USERS: If you are installing in a small shower stall, beware that the square overhead may take up a significant portion of available space. See notes above. You may consider using the handpiece head as your primary. Having very little space to stick your head out of the stream of water is ... not very graceful.Best wishes.

Great shower head for great price
My old shower head fell off a while ago and I was making do with the single stream coming through the ball attachment. I don't know if the Spartan nature of my showers had something to do with how much I enjoy this new one, but man, it's a great shower head. It's aesthetically pleasing and performs well for a very good price. The handheld attachment is useful, with adjustable flow, and the feel of the rain shower head is honestly S-tier. Installation was easy (instructions provided a QR code and link to a video guide, but the booklet included was enough to go by) and everything you'll need for installation is in the box.TLDR, get the shower head. It makes you feel posh.

Looks & feels great
I was a bit surprised by how heavy it was, but it feels sturdy and good quality. The install was pretty easy, although attaching the big piece to the arm was a bit tricky when it's already hanging. Having a 2nd pair of hands would help, but not necessary. I was concerned by the reviews about pressure, but the standalone wand has really good pressure and of course it's weaker when running both at the same time. Overall very happy with this. It looks great, feels amazing and won't break your bank!

Installed and in use for 3 days
Installation took me 15 minutes. However, I'm a do-it-yourself handyman. I set up the hand unit so that it would spray horizontally onto the torso. So far, after a few days of daily use it's really nice. The rain fall is gentle and high volume. Very relaxing. I'm glad I opted for the 12 inch unit. For wider coverage around the body. I was impressed with the included parts. They aren't the highest quality in the world, but they're good enough. And a decent amount of Teflon tape. I didn't understand why it was saying to wrap 10 to 15 turns around the threads - normally I use 4-6. But now I understand the connection to use 10-15 on is the joint between the wand and the shower diverted. This connection cant be tightened. You have to rely on having thick layers of Teflon tape to take up the space between the threads. Right now, mine is leaking a little bit because I just put the usual number of wraps on. Then I couldn't figure out how could I stop this leaking and then I remembered reading about the 10 to 15 wraps. So basically you have to really wrap a lot around there to take up the space so you don't get a leak. You'll notice in my setup I'm using an extra shorter extension wand which I had kicking around. It was the only way to get the shower head up to the ceiling. it was too heavy to hold on its own. it's secured at the ceiling with a hook. it is better to have it up as high as possible. My handheld unit has four different spray pressure settings. From a gentle rain to a very forceful spray. And it also has a wide mist setting, which is pretty cool to have that blowing on your torso with the gentle rain falling down. Overall, so far I'm very happy with it. I think it was good value for the money and it's doing the job. The main reason I bought it was because I'm getting tired of cheap shower heads that clog up and spray water everywhere and are very difficult to clean even soaking in acid. So I'm hoping that these new silicon nozzles prevent clogging. They even included three or four extra nozzles. If anything goes wrong I'll update my review if there is no negative feedback posted here it means it's working fine for me so far.
