As someone who firmly believes in the law of attraction, I cannot recommend this book enough. There is so much power in Allison’s holistic approach to self care and it is evident that so much time and thought went into the making of this book. Allison makes journaling a really great way to bring calmness and mindfulness to the day and with such ease. Thank you, Allison for helping me start each week on such a positive note!

I like that it’s not daily, but weekly. I can reflect back on my progress. I also can project into my week my goals.

I love that this journal has prompts that help you understand yourself and also challenge yourself. It’s great for personal growth. A new challenge for every week of the year!

This is a wonderful guide to help you start the process of reflection. The weekly prompts are helpful to get you to focus on what brings you joy. The suggestions in the book for self care are easy to follow and promote self growth. I find the author's writing style to be very welcoming and comforting.

I really love this guided journal. Theres weekly reflection questions and activities which is great. It allows you to reflect and act on certain things and go back to the journal to write your experience

Author asks us to consider seeing various pseudoscience/nonsense peddlers. Maybe this book is more geared toward people who believe in things without evidence.
