I love high heels but I don't appreciate how they make my toes feel. These are great, the different options in the set make for different levels of relief, and the cool smooth material is so relieving.

I liked the squish
I was super excited to receive these items, as my feet often hurt. I have a lot of pain on my left foot when I walk too much. I was looking for something to help with that pain, since I have a four year old I need to run after.This is my first time buying this kind of item, so was new as to how each piece worked.I would give 5 stars for the comfort and help of the large piece that came in this set. I did not like that it wouldn't fit in the pairs of shoes I work barefoot in - one of the activities that hurts my toes the most. It is for this reason I only gave it 4 stars. Also, would liked to have received some kind of instructions. As mentioned, first time buyer / user here. Might have been nice to have a "suggested use" list of when to wear which piece.Comfort - top notch in the shoes I could use them in.

Very soft and comfortable, but pick up a lot of dirt and hair.
While these are very comfortable to wear, I did not give them 5 stars because they really pick up a lot of dirt and hair while you are using them, and when trying to walk with them on tend to be slippery on the feet. I really only use them in the evening when I am relaxing, as they are not very functional to wear about the house while trying to get much done unless you put socks on over them. They are very comfortable otherwise and very flexible and would fit anyone. They do what they are supposed to do, and are gentle and do not irritate the feet. I have used them during this pregnancy to help stretch my tired and stressed feet, and have benefited from them. I just wish there was a way to make them more functional to wear when active around the house. I would use them more often if I could.

Very soft and flexible
This toe separator set has a lot of options, and works well for bunion sufferers. They are like a gel silicon, are soft, don't rub, and fit well. They did not come with instructions which would have been helpful, but it did not take long to figure out how they work.
