Very effective
I did not expect it to work but it does. Just on first use..I kept it for longer, and the moment you remove it, you will feel your heels have soften even if you had cracked heels and callous. Have been repeating use, I keep it longer than instructed on the product info and combine it with other creams/petroleum jelly to take overall care for my heels to heal from the callous and hard skin it has formed
