I take one or two of these with dinner every other day. Don't expect this to amp you up like something like tongkat. On the contrary it has great calming effects and is good with dinner to wind down for sleep. This is in line with how cistanche works because the body produces the majority of testosterone while asleep. By itself this may not make a noticeable impact on libido. That's why I like to combine it with acetyl l-carnitine (taken in the AM) which greatly complements cistanche. 10/10 highly recommend this product especially from the highest quality supplier out there.

The benefits that men will derive from this product is key, increased focus and testosterone, great for gym and workouts and studying, increased hanging rest time (google the term for more info) does not work over night you gotta remain consistent when taking this. The taste tho is not very good try to take it quickly with water it has a herbal taste not my fav personally

i was excited to try because of the multiple benefits. first day had a nice immediate boost in energy, alertness, and libido. then each day after for a week had minimal effect and presented a bad headache with mild nausea. taking half a pill produced the same result. unfortunately can’t return.
