Really nice but *plastic* handle droops down because there is no magnet
Great functional unit. Easy, intuitive installation. Hardest part is getting your head under the sink. Excellent temperature control with oddly placed red and blue temperature markers. The chrome is beautiful even on the plastic handle - I would have paid extra for metal. The handle droops down a bit because the black weight under sink is not heavy enough to pull it all the way in flush, so the missing magnet would have solved that. The black weight was difficult to snap shut, taking 2 hands and a lot of pressure. But these are all minor issues. I would buy it again.

Decent quality for price
I got this to upgrade my 20 year old kitchen faucet. I really like the look and design of this faucet. I had a plumber install for me, although I think someone with basic knowledge can easily install this. I just didn’t have the proper tools for install. The faucet handle in the most upright position is hot. The handle pointing towards the person is cold. I would have preferred that the handle in the upmost position is warm. So far, this faucet has been working smoothly. The chrome finish feels well made and I am happy with this faucet.
