Quality mat
it's thick, sticks to the floor. When folded it takes a lot of space, carry bag is not provided.

Perfect for your workout like yoga , stretches , Pilates Quality is good . Size is much bigger than usual yoga mats . Can’t roll it up like your usual yoga mat but it’s far more comfortable using this than other mats . At least it did for me .

It is a very good product. Very premium. Only drawback I could think of is, it doesn't have changeable foam sheet slot so I can change the inner foam when it eventually wears down
