I can see clearly now!
These are fantastic monitors. I bought 2 of them for my new Dell I9. While transferring things from my old machine (that also has 2 monitors that I thought were pretty decent), comparing the 2 showed me clearly that they needed replacement. I am super happy with them and I was extremely happy with the value for the money.

Great value
Excellent monitors nice sharp and bright. I ordered 2 of them wishing I would have ordered 3 but the price went back up after the sale. Using them alongside a 24" makes it look tiny!

Simple, affordable, reliable extra screen
The Dell 24 SE2425H is a solid “plug it in and go” monitor—perfect if you just need more workspace. Setup was painless (just connect an HDMI cable) and the 23.8" Full HD VA panel looks perfectly fine for everyday tasks like docs, spreadsheets, and browsing. It’s not the sharpest or most color-precise display out there, so if you’re chasing the absolute best HD image quality for gaming or photo work, you’ll want to step up. But for a dependable desktop monitor it does its job well: text is clear at normal viewing distance, it tilts for a comfortable angle, and the TÜV Rheinland 3-Star Eye Comfort certification is a nice bonus for long study/work sessions.

Dell monitors
Is Dell 27 inch monitor was definitely the perfect size for me. I use it in the studio. I have had it for a little over a year. I haven’t had any issues with it at all whatsoever definitely worth the purchase

Basic Monitor, great value!
I needed a replacement for a "pixelating, older Dell monitor. This larger version really did that job. It was plug and play and has excellent detail and color. I am super happy that I pulled the trigger for this model. For me, it is a big upgrade. I do not game, but I stream shows a lot and I think this will be great for years to come.

Very decent monitor for a great price.
I’ve had this monitor for over a year easily and still running fine bright and clear. Good deal all around.

The Dell 27-inch monitor has a good size and clear display. The colors are decent, and it works well for everyday use like browsing and office work. However, the resolution feels a bit low for a 27-inch screen, and the stand isn’t very adjustable. It’s a solid choice if you just need a basic, reliable monitor.

Works as a second monitor for when I work from home, resolution may not be as sharp, but is fine for what I use it for.

I have been a loyal Dell customer for over two decades. But after my most recent experience, I can say this with certainty. Dell is no longer the company it once was. I purchased a high-performance Dell Inspiron computer through Amazon.ca in good faith, expecting the level of quality and after-sales support I had come to trust. What I received instead was a slap in the face wrapped in corporate excuses and systematic failure. From the moment I activated the device, I was hit with a falsely backdated warranty that started weeks before I even received the product. Dell’s excuse was they shipped it to Amazon earlier. That is not just unfair, it is deceptive. No warning. No disclosure. Just a sneaky and silent reduction of my warranty coverage. Then came the operating system. Windows 11 Home. On a professional-grade computer with commercial specs. No Remote Desktop, no BitLocker, no administrative tools. All the things a power user actually needs. Dell refused to upgrade or compensate. Their response was it shipped with what it was configured for. No logic. No flexibility. No care. Then came the tech support experience. I was told with full confidence, it was not possible to connect two external monitors to my system. That was false. I later proved them wrong using a third-party StarTech adapter that worked perfectly. The Dell technician failed to know. Failed to research. Failed to assist. Case number 202706220, technician named Prashan. He insisted there was no way. And yet I found a way. When I raised all these issues and requested fair correction, I was met with scripted apologies, pre-canned excuses and ultimately complete rejection. Warranty? No change. SupportAssist upgrade? Not happening. Windows 11 Pro upgrade? Declined. Instead they tried to sell me extra warranty and support packages, offering nothing for free to resolve their own mistakes. This is not customer service. This is customer dismissal. And it is unforgivable. Dell today is not what it was. Their support is a wall of indifference, their policies are inflexible and their commitment to quality has eroded completely. The brand has become unrecognisable. If you are considering a Dell product, be prepared. Be ready to be misled, ignored and blamed for their own oversights. There are far better choices out there. This is not a one-off mishap. It is systemic rot. I will never purchase another Dell product again. Not one dollar more. And I hope this review reaches someone before they go through the same mess. Dell, you have lost a customer for life.
