FolkArt Acrylic Paint in Assorted Colors (8 oz), , Pure Gold

Generously sized squeeze bottle of shiny gold metallic acrylic paint. After shaking well, this paint goes on smoothly and neatly, dries quickly and has a very smooth and nice metallic finish. Great quality. Top fits tightly to prevent spills or evaporation/drying out. Great product and value.

We used this FolkArt Pure Gold acrylic paint to add a finishing touch to the borders of our oyster shell craft project (see pics), and it turned out beautifully. The color is vibrant, shiny, and gives a real “wow” effect, exactly the rich gold look we were hoping for (see pics). The paint goes on smoothly and evenly, and it really elevated the whole project. I can definitely see this being useful for lots of other craft ideas too, like frames, ornaments, signs, etc. The price felt totally fair for the quality and the 8 oz bottle. Overall, this was a great find and a product I’ll gladly buy again for future DIYs

If u are into this nutcracker trend this paint works great. I did prime before using. It covers well and only took 2 coats. It has a nice shine to it, almost making it look like gold metal. It dries quickly and it’s not too thin. The first two photos are with two coats and the last photo is one really thin coat. I was trying to make an antiqued look but I think I will just add another coat and have it look like my other items. The bottle is large enough to last many projects I still have at least 3/4 of the bottle left.

The gold paint was really helpful for decorating this event. I used it to paint the stand for the balloon display and also painted pool noodles gold to hold mini candles. As you can see in the picture, the candles gave off a beautiful glow, and the gold, purple, and white colors all came together perfectly. This paint worked great for all my decorations. It's smooth and beautiful!

I’m a long time fan of this pure gold metallic paint, the tone, application, glimmer and shine is unbeaten and the price always leaves me smiling. I renovate furniture, and the thickness and coverage of this paint works well, and dries quickly! It’s glowing! 2-4 coats and whatever I’m painting almost looks like real gold! Hands down my absolute favorite.

I have both the gold and silver. Used the gold and it great in spreading when I want it too. I have poured some into a small container, made for paint, so easier to get out, instead a large bottle. I figure that the sliver will be just as good as the gold, any color by this company. I use the paints from this company, along with some other brands, for painting on material, trace a coloring page onto the material and paint away. Making quilts for friend's little ones and grandchildren (adults now) and great-grandsons who want dinosaurs, lol Using this paint to do so has given me a lot of pleasure as I am a cancer survivor and have some side-effects from chemo and other meds I am on. This paint and quilting gives me a sense of value. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BRAND

the color is perfect, very much a natural gold color. It is thick enough and does not run. it makes my crafting look amazing. I ordered 2 more bottles because I really love the color. It goes on smooth, and most can be done with one coat.
