We have a dual fuel 48" range. The gas burners were not lighting properly. I called Kucht technical service. David, the courteous Kucht technician, answered promptly. He then called me right back via Facetime and quickly walked me through solving the issue myself. Quick and easy. Terrific!

We purchased one of the LP versions of this range about 3 years ago. We had an issue right away with the main oven being a lot hotter than the selected setting. Also, the igniter would constantly click for 1 of the burners and 1 burner doesn’t work at all. We contacted Kucht for a repair. Said someone would be in touch with us once they had it set up. We waited and waited. Nobody contacted us from Kucht so we called again. Same response. waited another 6 months and nobody showed up or contacted us. We called again. The customer rep blamed us for not contacting them over & over when he heard we'd been trying to get if fixed for almost 2 years. It was our fault they didn't show up, not theirs. So we started emailing them every couple weeks. Still nothing. Now they won't even respond to our e-mails. It might be a good price for a good range, but their customer service is horrendous

We have had to have the repairman out twice. The ignitor switch has been replaced twice. The warranty is only for one year, but we got the extended warranty (2 years). Last repairs cost $551.50 and it still isn't repaired. this is the edit: the warranty company told us our warranty was only 2 years but I found the documentation proving that it was 5 years. Then they tried to tell us we had not activated the warranty, but we showed them that we had already used it once so it had to be activated. But still, we should not have had major repairs to the stove twice in the 2 plus years we have had it.it is poofing flames out from underneath the burner. The broiler ignitor burned out, that is two ignitors now. the main oven ignitor failed almost immediately.

It has a griddle and six powerful burners...Large oven with supero quiet convection. And extra small oven. What's not to love with this beauty!!! Customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me select the right one for our needs!!!
