You Can't Kiss a Bubble

Wonderful story
You Can't Kiss A Bubble is a wonderous simple story, but it has a lot of meaning behind the fascination of bubbles. They don't last forever, and they are very interesting for children of all ages (meaning adults as well) I have read work from this author before, and I really enjoyed it. This was a different story from what I've read from Wyle before, but it is obvious that this writer is very talented in many genres, and this one, though, simple, had the best meaning of all, cherish the moments. And kudos to the illustrator who made the great illustrations tell the story as well. A grand read for all, and cherish the read as well. This author is not just a writer but a great storyteller. You Can't Kiss A Bubble is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author

Great story for my preschoolers during bubble week!
Sweet message and great pictures. Not too long for the kids to get bored.

Perfect timing
My granddaughter and I blew bubbles together recently. This book was perfect to commemorate the experience. I hope to read the book to her someday.

Great for bubble lovers!
Adorable book with wonderful illustrations! My 4 year old daughter's review "that was a good story!" We read it for a second time right after the first.

A simple yet profound book about the ephemeral loveliness in this world
You Can’t Kiss a Bubble is one of the very best picture books I’ve seen in years. There’s nothing this book doesn’t do well; a great concept, wonderfully executed, with lovely writing, lovely illustrations, simplicity, TRUTH, deep meaning, and even humor (example: the line “You can’t keep a bubble as a pet” is accompanied by a delightful image of a kid walking a bubble on a leash). Some books you want to read once or twice. This is one to own, to revisit, and to gift widely… and not just to kids.

Beautifully written and illustrated
Beautifully written and illustrated book with an adorable message.Every child loves bubbles and my little boy is no different. He enjoyed the pictures and the poetry sounds flowed nicely as we were reading. The lovely way the author has shown the love for bubbles make it a perfect book to help them begin to understand that you can love and enjoy something even if it is not always right in front of you or you are unable to physically hold it. Capturing childhood joy is not always an easy task but this author has succeeded! Will be adding this to our library for sure!** I was given a digital ARC from the Author for an honest review **

Cute book about bubbles
Children love bubbles, and they will love this book. The words flow smoothly and are easy to read, with the perfect amount of words on each page so that children can look at the illustrations, turn pages, and stay engaged. The cute, colorful illustrations portray positive interactions between diverse people in a community, which is important to me as a mom. This book also teaches gentleness and stillness by helping children to understand the fragility and evanescence of a bubble.I really enjoyed reading this short, sweet book by Karen Wyle, and I would recommend it to any parent or caregiver. I received this book for free from the author. All comments and opinions are entirely my own, and this is a voluntary review.
