Hands down this is the best cutter I have owned. Spring loaded, V cut, Flat Cut, Has a shelf, stellar cutter. Someday I'll try their torch out. If you are an Avid Cigar Smoker or just a weekend warrior, this is worth every penny.

Honestly I liked this cutter. It cuts well, and I liked having the option for a V cut or straight cut all in the same cutter. It even feels sturdy in the hand, and is definitely not a lightweight cutter. That being said, I’ve had this cutter for around 6 months, and one night I sat down to enjoy my favorite cigar. I opened the cutter, and both of the “pins” at the bottom flew out, and the bottom of the cutter fell off, leaving an awkward gap at the bottom. It still functions, but I have to be very mindful that there is now only one pin holding the bottom together, and no way of securing the pin so it doesn’t fall out again. On a side note, I call them pins because I see no threading on them (picture may not be close enough to see the pin). Honestly for the price this cutter costs, you would think it should last longer than 6 months... you are probably better off buying a $4 guillotine cutter. That way if it breaks, you’re not out the $50 or $60 this cutter cost. On a side note, I bought a Cuban crafters perfect cutter since it broke, and I highly recommend it. Maybe I received a bad colibri cutter, but the Cuban crafters cutter was noticeably sharper than the colibri. The colibri seemed to hang up on the cap just before It snipped it off, so unless you have a dying need for a brand name expensive cutter (or just the v-cut option), I recommend the perfect cutter.
