Great, high quality, looks great and does exactly what you need. No paper taste on the brisket. It’s super easy to cut. Thick enough to support a brisket through the stall, and wrap pulled pork. Holds the rendered fat well.

Good stuff. No fancy design on the paper, but who needs that? Price is much better than the designer stuff. Works just the same.

Pros: There is some question about whether popular parchment paper products contain a coating of silicone and whether this is as safe as claimed. I don't know. But decided to steer away from it for now. Value, very good, Weight, heavier than parchment paper, Cutter works well. Cons: Stuff sometimes sticks to Butcher Paper. This is not the case with the parchment paper products we've used in the past. Oh well.

Excellent size, design and great packaging! Box is in new condition. It'll be nice to wrap my Q up and have the proper size papper. Price seem a bit expensive but once received realization set in and the quality is apparent. Can't wait to try the wrap out insuring moist bbq.

This has been great. It holds up even with the heaviest briskets. It’s easy to cut off and makes for a very easy clean after everything is said and done. Talk about the best bang for your buck!

Used several times for wrapping meat on the smoker. This is not waxed paper and not designed to store meats in. It's meant for wrapping while cooking and does a good job.

Used for smoking and works great. It's a bit thicker so there is a bit of an effort required to cut it even with the builtin box cutter. Tip: Pull straight down from one edge to the other, HTH.
