THANK THE CAMERA CASE GODS
so today 2 things happened- i tripped and fell to the ground hard while all my belongs went down with me- somehow a can of Diet Coke was pierced in my bag and the soda went all over my stuffMy nearly $1000 camera survived both incidents in less 12 hours because of this case!!! My camera would have been broken on impact or broken because of intense liquid damage! But it did not!!! THANK THE CAMERA CASE GODS!!!

Perfect Size for Canon G7X
I was pleasantly surprised by this case. My Canon G7X Mark 3 fits perfectly. The Mark 2 and Mark 1 versions of that camera are the same size, so they would fit also.The case is hard enough to protect the camera from tough impacts.It has a goofy wrist strap that gets in the way so I will probably cut it off. My camera already has a wrist strap attached to it anyways.It has a small loop where I clip a carabiner and then clip that to a belt loop on my pants. The loop feels pretty solid, but I have not owned this long enough to know if it will hold up forever. If it starts to break, I'll just buy another case like this as they are cheap.The additional pouch on the other side of the case is large enough to hold 2 extra batteries, though I would not trust it as the batteries may rattle around and come loose. Then, the next time you open the case you may drop a battery and not notice. This has more to do with the way I carry the case, which is oriented vertically and attached to my belt loop. If I get the camera out in a hurry, I can easily see how I'd not notice dropping stuff from the case.If you want to reliably carry spare batteries, consider the Case Logic DCB313. That one is a little more bulky than this and is a soft case, but it has a separate pouch with a zipper to securely hold small accessories like batteries.

Good product
It’s a good case. I have my batter and my canon camera in although it is a little snug you are still able to put them both in the case. I truly love the case i would recommend

Somewhat expensive for what the case is. SX740HS Canon camera fits with spare space.

Good protective camera case
The build is sturdy with hard shell. It would be perfect if it also has neck strap. It is too big for Sony DSC HX 99.

Good case/no room for battery
its a nice case..keeps camera protected but there's no space to keep the battery charger. If I put the camera in one side and the battery pack in the other, the case won't close. Just something to consider.
